How it gets to your door
We pack every mug, jug and water set in Gujranwala and hand it to a courier the same working day when the order lands before 2 pm. Most cities see the parcel in two to five days. Remote tehsils take a little longer, and we tell you the tracking number as soon as it exists.
Orders over Rs 5,000 travel free. Under that, the courier charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Cash on delivery is available on every domestic order. Bank transfer is there if you prefer to pay first.
If the box arrives crushed or a piece is dented, photograph it before you throw the carton away and write to us. We replace manufacturing damage. We do not argue about a courier crease that is our packing fault.

Returns, in plain words
Fifteen days from the day it reaches you. Unused, unwashed, in the original packing. Open it, look at it, decide. That is what the window is for.
If we sent the wrong piece or it arrived damaged, we do. If you simply changed your mind, the return courier is yours. Refunds go back the way you paid, usually inside a week of the piece landing with us.
Yes, through the wholesale and export desk. Retail checkout is Pakistan only. If you are buying for a shop or a kitchen abroad, use the wholesale page and we will quote freight.
