How Pasban Steel Works collects and uses your order and contact details.
What we collect, and what we do with it
We collect only what an order needs: your name, delivery address, phone number and email. Your phone number goes to the courier so the rider can call you. Nothing else is shared with anyone.
We do not store card numbers. When you pay by card, the payment provider holds the card and returns us a token — enough to show you "Visa ending 4242" and to charge again if you ask us to, and not enough for anyone to use elsewhere.
We keep order records for as long as the law requires and for as long as a warranty claim might reasonably be made. You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, and you can ask us to delete it, except where we are required to keep an invoice.
We use first-party analytics on our own server to count visits. We do not sell data and we do not run advertising trackers.
