The warranty is against manufacturing defect: a lid that will not sit, a handle rivet that works loose, a seam that should not have been there. It is not a promise that steel will survive being used as a hammer, or that a mirror polish will never show a scratch.
Keep the order number if you have it. A clear photo of the base stamp and the fault is enough to start a claim. Write through the contact page or the warranty form linked from your account. We repair where we can and replace where we cannot.
Normal wear — hairline marks from spoons, a dulling of a high polish after years of dishwashers — is not a defect. A crack along a press line in the first years of ordinary kitchen use is.

Before you write
Surface rust from sitting wet in a crease is wear. Rust that appears on a clean, dry piece in ordinary use is a grade or finish problem and we will look at it as a defect.
No. Lifetime means for as long as you own the piece. Second-hand is harder to prove; original buyer with an order number is straightforward.
Photos of the fault, the base stamp, and the order number or the phone you used at checkout. We will tell you whether to courier it back or whether we can settle from the pictures.
