The ribbed steel water jug Design No 2 is built in three ribbed tiers that step outward towards the base — a shape that is easy to grip when the jug is full of cold water.

Three tiers, one pour

Mirror-polished AISI 201 stainless steel, a hinged lid that stays put when you carry it to the table, and a full-length riveted handle. The ribs are not decoration only: they stiffen the wall so a one-litre fill does not oil-can in the hand. The spout is formed with the body, not glued on later.

AISI 201 stainless steel

Material is AISI 201, stamped on the base. Washed and dried, it lives beside the sink without the grey bloom that cheap sheet shows after a summer of salty food. It does not hold the smell of achar. Capacity 1000 ml. Dishwasher safe.
